protank 2 mouthpeice

i have a protank 2 which the mouth piece keeps falling of. its only a week old and the seal looks fine. any one got any ideas on how to solve this

I had the same problem. I tried a bunch of things but none of them worked, so eventually I bought a replacement from surevapes.com for a few bucks, and it was perfect.
