Wow! Thank you for posting that! As disappointed as I was/am that I wasted that money on the epoxied versions, it's good to know that Kanger is proactive when it comes to fixing a design flaw.

Edward @ sun-vapers is good people and I'm definitely ordering a few PT-2's from him. He also helped me out when one of my tanks showed up broken in half thanks to the USPS.

I'm relieved to finally have some clarity on which device I should buy. I believe the Davide glass is weaker, and the puritank is glued together. That leaves PT-2 for the win.

He also carries PT1 Gluefree for a couple bucks less. He received these before his PT2's arrived. I don't know if other sites are carrying the Gluefree PT1. So you might want to verify first with the other vendors. At least you do have options.
