Protank 2 not firing on eGo battery

So the Protank 2 I have doesn't seem to like my eGo battery, and I'm not sure I understand what's going on. It works fine on my SID, but just now as the battery on the SID ran out I switched over to my eGo-V V2, screwed to Protank on, went to vape, nothing. So I thought it must have been the eGo battery dying on me as I've had it for months now, but I screwed on a Vivi Nova just to make sure, and that fired without a problem. So I took the battery for the SID out the charger real quick and screwed the Protank back onto it, fires without a problem. What makes me even more confused is that I've had the Protank on the eGo before without any problems. So essentially what I have is a Protank that works perfectly, an eGo battery that works perfectly, but they just don't work with each other any more. Anyone able to shed some light on this?

Something's not making proper contact. Try taking the coil head out of the protank, look at the grommet by the pin on the bottom, if it's bulging wiggle the pin out enough to relieve the bulge. reassemble the protank and try again on the batt.

Hey lobo,
first thought is the center fire pin is pushed down enough to not make contact with the PTII

Especially if it makes contact and fires on other batteries.
eGo batteries do have a small issue with the center pin contact sometimes......

I second the center pin on ego or check the coil us screwed on all the way and gas not come loose.

My protank's pin extends down longer than my other tanks, when I put the protank on my evic it pushes the center pin on the evic down to where my other tanks will no longer make contact and I have to pull up the center contact so my other tanks will fire again. I thought this was something just happening to me. But now I keep the protank on the same mod all the time so its no longer an issue.
