Protank 3 airflow problem

I have had my protank 3 for about a week now and lately on my vision spinner 2 with the beauty ring I've been noticing a very tights draw and little vapor. I already replaced the coil so that's not it. Any suggestions?

Does it have the same draw problem when it is not on that battery? Try it without the ring?
