Wondering what's the deal with the pt3 heads, can the standard ego/evod head be used in them?

Ok,

The coils for the previous version of the protank will work. HOWEVER they are all single coil, not double. The heads are slightly different, but I screwed the previous version into the protank 3 base and it ohm'd out fine.

Thanks. Looked at the image supplied in the OP link and I get it now. The double coil is contained in one head. For some reason I was imagining two heads. I understand a bit better now.

oh yeah, one head for sure. I will admit, when I first heard about the dual coil, I thought the same thing for a few moments haha
