Protank 3 works best with low liquid level - Weird no?

My Protank 3 always works best when the liquid is getting low. Less gurgling, no flooding, leaking etc. And vapour production picks up quite a bit. I'm using it with a Kangertech airflow controller. I use a 50/50 PG/VG mix with just straight Menthol flavouring.
Any idea why it is like this? It seems to be the opposite of what everyone else experiences. When it is full or three quarters full it is messes me about no end.

Yeah had that same thing with my protank, went to the Aero tank, now using the nautilus. Never get gurgling with the nautilus. how often do you clean your tank? Sometimes you just need to give it a good cleaning and a new coil. Are you using a variable wattage battery, crank up the wattage see if that helps

I'd take it totally apart, removing the large orings in the top and bottom pieces. Clean them and where they sit.
I learned a long time ago that once any liquid gets past a oring the seal is now compromised and has to be cleaned or replaced. Protanks work on vacuum and if there is no vacuum from orings or not true glass insert, it will leak.
