ProTank dead after 1 day

So I received 2 ProTanks from Myvaporstore.com after really liking my first one that I've had for a month now.

I received my package yesterday and filled up one of the ones I received in the mail. Used it on my Vamo V3 before and after work. Maybe a total of 15 vapes. I go to set it down and the tank just falls on the floor...

It seems as though the small cylinder part that is attached to the bottom of the tank that threads onto the battery snapped off and was stuck in my Vamo. Luckily I was able to just use a fork to unscrew it out.

There was no over tightening or any user error on my part. I know when tight is tight and too tight is too tight.

Incredibly discouraged as of now. Not sure I wan to even open up the other tank I received.

I'll be in contact with MVS as long as they're open today.

I've heard this a lot. Perhaps this is why the Protank 2 has a reinforced 510 connector.

Hate it when my new "toys" break. Believe me, I feel your pain.

Thankfully MVS has great customer service. Within an hour I received a reply saying they are sending me a new one.

Happened to me but not because of a drop.

Happened to me too. Kanger sells a replacement tank base on their site for $1. Unfortunately shipping is insane... esmokeronline has them for like $5. Nice to hear you're getting it replaced for free.

The fact that they sell these as replacement parts leads me to believe it's a somewhat common issue...

I'm also hoping the part is better on the 2. Will be getting one tomorrow.

Unfortunately, I haven't found a tank I like better yet or I would abandon these...
