Okay so with the atomizer there is a plastic ring on it. Do you leave it on or remove it?

are you talking about the o-ring on the base that makes contact with the tank?

if so, that's so it doesn't leak when you put the tank on it and flip it upright

Leave it on - prevents the head from flooding/gurggling

you'd have to explain the process and what you've done so far. could be a few things causing your tank to flood

so insert it just like this leaving the little plastic thing covering the wick it looks like.

that grommet is covering the seal of the post where it makes a connection to the base. you do want to leave that on.

some people flip that upside, but i have better experiences with it on.

makes sure your tank is full, but not too much

screw everything firmly but do no over tighten

Yep. The draw on it without igniting the battery to prime the wicks. You should be able to taste your juice a little when they're primed. Then go to town. Hope you get it working!

Right out of the box I pulled out the atomizer from its packaging. Screwed thr atomizer onto the bottom piece then inserted it into the filled tank.

Sounds right. Be sure to give it a few unpowered primmer puffs (short and strong) to get your wicking started. Let it sit for a few minutes, then vape it! You should be good to go.

What device are you using it with? Sometimes devices with low airflow to the 510 connection will not work when you try to flush mount a Protank. With little or no airflow, you are essentially turning your Protank into an expensive straw. So, what device are you using with the finicky tank?
