Steel mesh wick on a dripper

Decided to experiment a little. I know steel mesh is usually used on genesis atomizers. Wasn't sure at first but I really prefer it to cotton. Anyone else try doing this?

haha, yeah, we used to do that back in the "good old days" before we figured out how to do microcoils and that we could use cotton for wicks

You might want to get an RSST and do mesh with that. Works great for me, and doesn't cost a lot.

I'm not fond of ss dry hits... even in my genny I use an ekwool sleeve over ss mesh or rope.
