protank rebuild question

so i followed ricks microcoil build for a protank. 12 wraps of 28ga getting 1.1ohm i get a decent vape but its gurgling and getting liquid in my mouth. i put some extra cotton on top as a flavor wick. any ideas where i went wrong? its also a much tighter draw

I followed rip trippers build and it worked great for me but it was for the protank 2 im not sure if how similar the protank is.

Are you using silica or cotton for the wick? Try a thinner wick either way, in general my pro tank had tight draw. There are aero kanger tank adapters you can buy that can help. You can adjust the air flow

i used a small strand of sterile organic cotton

I have tried it both on my vision spinner at all voltages and my omega v1 manual with an 19650

I never had a problem with it. I switched to the aspire nautilus for more air flow if that's what your looking for.

its my first attempt at a rebuild on it, pretty proud of myself for not shorting it out lol
