Protank Vamo disaster.

So I reach in my pocket for my PV, Protank mated to Vamo, and it's in two pieces. The bit of the Protank snapped off and it's lodged in my Vamo and I can't seem to get it to move. I just can't get to it. Any tips on getting this piece out of my Vamo?

stick a bit of kleenex in there tight and untwist the threads. works on my provari

close needle nose pliers > stick in hole > open pliers as wide as you can . while holding them open twist out the offending part


Or jam a pencil eraser in there and turn

Remember glass is not good for the pocket. I don't even leave the house with mine.

There have been a lot(!) of problems with the Protank bases bending or snapping off. Hopefully the replacement bases vendors are selling are stronger.

bring it to a jeweler/craftsman, silversmith, someone that works with small tools, should take about 1 minute.
