I will keep the link you posted for the future when I decide to start tinkering with things. Good stuff. I feel much better just being able to cut down my analogs per day. Coughing much less, sinus improving and I feel like my lungs thanking me for just the reduction. The hardest thing is when I go out drinking which is mostly every other night. Thats when the analogs cravings kick in big time for me. Cant wait to finally ween off the analogs and get all the crap out of me.
Drinking is one of many triggers. Triggers, in the addiction world, are things that make you want to USE whatever it is you are addicted to.
For me, triggers for analogs were sex, waking up in the morning, after a meal, out drinking, before i go to bed, while driving, while socializing, etc.
If you can recognize your triggers, the next step is to actively and consciously replace using analogs with
vaping when your triggers are activated.
If you can do that, you will drop analogs at a MUCH faster rate.
I was smoking 1pack a day, and was able to drop analogs completely from Day3 of vaping on. No struggle whatsoever, 18mg/ml. For some it will be harder, for others easier.
Good luck
