I was wondering if anyone out there could give me their opinion on the protege from PS. I am currently using a 510 nicostick with a 14500 and already know that I like this battery but I would kinda like something a little more professional looking. I would appreciate info/opinions from people using this model. Thanks!

I didn't realize that it was not shipping yet. I saw a post somewhere from one of the people from PS that said the protege was the pv they were using most of the day.

I think you are talking about the prodigy from PS which will be the first generation once the protege is shipped

That's because Steve at PS has a Protege prototype that he's been using as his primary device for a while now. No one else has one, as they are not shipping out until early next week.

The Protege has me interested too. It's not so big and clunky that it looks like it could knock out a Green Bay Packer. The sleekness of it has me intriqued. I've been waiting to place a pre-order because I've been sinking "disposable" income into attys and liquid. But - I really need a good mod that I can use in public (at work, in my car) so I don't look like a druggie.
