Good job Dan, I'm only 5 months into the world of
vape, but I don't count days, the only way I now how to quit any addiction is just not smoke today. Today I Vape, today I did not smoke. By just thinking of today, living in the now, I can easily not smoke for today. There first few days can be difficult to adjust to. But today, even through stress, you didn't smoke. We are conditioned to smoke so those programed responses are automatic, it's normal to think about smoking cause that's what we've been doing for years. After a month or two, if you happen to light up one, you'll find it taste like chit, and will wonder how you ever could settle for such limited flavors and bad taste for so long.
Today, I don't even think about smoking, Vape has totally reprogramed my dhitty thinking. tapped a fellow vaper to go on break, and said "time for a vape break" I find that my whole attitude has changed, I don't have to work at being happy, even my supervisors mentioned that I've been more bubbly. Even the players that I take most their money from, can't help but laugh and have a good time.
Once I thought about it, came to the conclusion I'm not having a manic episode, just wouldn't you be more happy and vibrant, if after 37 years you finally got that damn monkey of you back, and stomped his head in, so the monkey can't climb back.
Well done everyone here, that vapes for today.
Vape on!
Vape the World!!!
Apologies to those that were inflicted by my 12 step sermon. lmao
