I ordered a blem mini along with two 18530s and an extension cap. I received the order today and there are (as usual) no visibles blems on the mini, but there were three batteries in the shipment. Huh? I'd only ordered two.
My first thought was that there was an error in the order. But after looking over my order and seeing how everything was packed, I realized that Provape sent me an 18490 free-of-charge because I'd ordered the extension cap.
