Plan, I don't want to get too far off track here... But I've been eyeballing that 510-eGo adapter from ProVape for a while

All of the cheap ones I have had the 510 threads have broken off... Which is a real bummer...

Is this one a solid Stainless adapter? Also... Is the center post adjustable?

And... I hope they let you keep the batteries :)

I've never owned any other eGo adapters, so I can't with any honesty tell how this one compares.

I have placed 2 orders with ProVari in the last couple weeks & had no issues at all...in fact I was very please with the super fast order processing & shipping time. I plan to order another ProVari for my fiance's b-day so I hope I continue to have good luck with them.
I hope I continue to have bad luck :) I love free batteries!

Cool that they're letting you keep the batteries :) I expected that!

Also, thanks for the pics of the eGo adapter. You had said the center pin is adjustable. How do you adjust it? Doesn't appear to be any slots to adjust it from the top or bottom. Is it spring loaded and just adjusts itself?

thats great news! thats what i figured they would do, they probably would have done the same if they had sent you the wrong provari...great company.

No not likely. They did send me the wrong Provari, not gonna really go into it but nowhere near as good for me as it was for the OP.

I ordered my provari, a charger,and an extra 18490.
When the package got here there was only one battery.
I emailed provapes and they said I only ordered one battery.
So am I a fool for assuming the purchase of my provari was battery included?
What if I didn't order what I thought was going to be a different battery?
I would have had a provari and no battery?

Look at the bright side, you didn't get scalped for two batteries. :) Buy your batteries from RTD Vapor in the future, you'll get the exact same battery, but at a much better price.

Not a fool, maybe just "unaware" (ignorant is too strong of a word) of how most manufacturers sell their PV's.

I'm quite sure it says somewhere that you are only ordering the Provari during the order process. If not, nowhere does it say "battery included".

Very few manufacturers sell their PV's with a battery included. Of the five PV's that I own, none came with a battery included.

Now, some vendors that sell multiple brand vaping supplies may put together a kit that includes a pair of batteries and a charger, but that is simply a convenience move done by the vendor, and is not the norm. And those vendors really are not doing you a favor, as they are including the very cheapest charger and batteries that they can find that are questionable in their quality. I'd much prefer just buy the PV alone for cheaper and getting a higher quality charger and batteries of MY choice from someone like RTD Vapor.

You'll learn of these things from the more experienced veterans here. Just chalk it up as a learning experience.
