It's easy to claim good service when everything goes as planned. It's when things go wrong you get to see the real customer service of a company. An order I made with ProVape arrived missing a small part. I emailed support on a Saturday afternnon expecting a reply by mid week. Within 24 hours they not only replied stating they would handle it, they actually had it boxed, labled, and ready for USPS by Sunday evening. "Above and beyond" comes to mind. You will find no better company to deal with. Hat's off to Cecilia and ProVape.
