I agree, but what about 250 instead? That would encourage customers right at the borderline (like a starter kit, ZenKote or ss P3) to pick-up something else to kick it up to $250.00.

At 100 points that would give anyone spending $100.00 a $10 rebate. Those would add up.

EDIT: I just checked the ProVape site and the calculations in my initial post off.

Once you reach 500 points you can redeem them for 20 = $1. I thought for sure it was 25.

It'd be nice huh? :?:

I've got 419 points but I'll never get to benefit from them since they expire at the end of the year and you have to start all over :(

And with there expiration, no one benefits.

I would rather give you the balance of the points you need, than let them expire on you.

Come on Vape360... Customer Relations are calling!

Do they expire at the end of the year like new years day they are gone, or is it 1 year from when you earned them?

ProVape explains them...

MyRewards - Reap the rewards with every purchase
It pays to go with MyRewards. Every time you make a purchase with ProVape, you'll receive points for the product(s) you purchase

It's a great way to save on your next purchase whether it's for you or someone special.

Here's how it works:
Once you've placed your order and it has shipped, your MyRewards Point will be redeemable in [30] days.
For every dollar you spend at Provape, you will receive 1 point.
Once you reach 500 points, you can start redeeming those points for products.
Point mature in 30 days, so once you hit the 30 day mark those points will be available to use.
Points are valid for one year.
To view your MyRewards, simply go to MyRewards.
Enter the total amount (in points) you'd like to redeem below (20 points = $1).
When you're done, there will be a gift certificate in your account that you can use on your next order. Check your account for Gift Certificates to redeem.
You're now ready to save on your next purchase. Upon placing your order, your available MyRewards will automatically be deducted from the total purchase amount.
Please note that the order placed using reward points, does not qualify for additional points.

Not sure  Here's what ProVape says tho' ...

As usual, a day late

Aw well, I'm not complaining much. I love my Provari's all the way, all I would have used Rewards Points for would have been assessories or juice ;)

Yeah this system does need to be changed. It takes forever to build up enough points to spend on anything, and then in order to redeem the points you have to have 500 points minimum which only nets you a $25 purchase. I don't really feel like my loyalty is being rewarded if I have to spend close to $1000 for $25 worth of free stuff.
I just barely made the threshold recently and had to redeem a minimum of 500 points just to get a ProVarinati cap and two 18490 batteries, and that still wasn't enough to cover the total cost of the order, I still had to spend $12 bucks of my own money on that order.

I find it disappointing that one does not get points for buying a P3 at an authorized dealer. After buying a 2nd P3 from ProVape I'm still 70 points away from being able to redeem them. I find that to be a bit frustrating.

ETA: A couple of local shops give shoppers a card to rack up points on any purchase. Points can be used at any time. I like that system better.
