I'll keep this short - I really hate to put this in the negative section but I am a little irritated.
I ordered a starter kit from Provape ($221.00 or so), one atomizer to try and some juice.
The juice came on Thursday, and the kit came on Friday (this was last week so the Friday before memorial day)
Well, whoever packed my order failed to include the cartomizers and the most important part - The battery charger!
I knew I would be using this a lot at first so I figured I would get to midday or late Saturday before the batteries were drained.
So they said I would have to pay half of the shipping the get next day Saturday delivery or wait until probably Tuesday or Wednesday. I was really excited about using it over Memorial day weekend so I shelled out $30.00 more dollars so I wouldn't be without the charger or carts.
Now I fully understand it cost to ship stuff especially next day air Saturday delivery but it was indeed their mistake and they should have covered the full cost to keep me (new customer) fully happy.
Not saying I won't order from them again but if I made a mistake in my business like that I would do whatever I could to keep my customer happy especially if it were my mistake.
But I am very happy with the Provari and will order from them again - Just wish they understood how cruel it was for me not to have the charger and carts with my new toy and then make me pay $30.00
