If Provapes customer service and quality of products matches their speed in shipping they will indeed be second to no vendor. I ordered my Provari and was emailed the next day that it had shipped. As I live in Ontario, Canada I was expecting a 2 week time period before I expected delivery because I had only selected the standard shipping option but low and behold within 5 business days my Provari is in my hands after travelling 2478 miles. A definate 2 thumbs up for Provape.
