Provari button problem or not

How long have you had your provari?
If you are a new user, the button and configurations do take some getting use to. quick finger or bouncy fingers as i call it will lead to multiple presses of the button without even knowing that you are doing it.

I had a similar problem with one of my provaris, it was making this clicking sound underneath the button when pressed, almost like the circuitry mounts had loosened or something. I contacted provape, they told me to send it in with no questions asked. From the day I shipped it to them to it's healthy return to my eager hands was exactly one week. Provape is a great company who stands behind their products
