I bought a Nitecore I4 and was actually a lot higher quality then I thought. I think it was designed for vapors because it fits 18650 batteries very well. But it charges almost anything. I am actually thinking of getting rechargeable batteries for everything I own now. I got a good deal at Orbtronic.com they claim they sell the best provari batteries.

Reading reviews the I4 had some bad ones they said the batteries did not stay in place I cant see how this would happen they snap in and feel snug to me. I could turn it upside down and shake it and they would not fall out. The I2 gets good reviews but as far as I can tell the only difference is the I4 charges 4 at a time the I2 charges 2 and at the same speed meaning you charge twice as fast with the I4 and the I4 is only 2 dollars more.

I own a Pila and the Nitecore i2 and Xtar MP2. The Pila is hands down the better charger, but then it should be for the price. No regrets as it gets the bulk of work at my house. I use it to charge several 18650 batteries and several 18350's. When the Pila is in use, the Xtar is used as a secondary charger for the 18350's. The downside of the Xtar is it uses very flimsy springs to hold its batteries which can make them a pain to install.

The build quality of the Nitecore is "ok" and it seems to charge fine. It was a gift to my daughter to charge 14500 batteries for her pink Altsmoke BB setup I gave to her for her birthday. The sliders that hold the batteries in the Nitecore seemed extremely stiff; I prefer the spacers that the Pila uses. The Pila seemed to charge faster than the Nitecore, but I can't give an estimate in the difference.

My only experience with Trustfire chargers was one I used to charge RCR batteries a year ago. Similar quality to the Nitecore from what I remember. My guess, between the two chargers in question is they will perform equally well being of very similar quality.

never buy or use anything related to batteries with the word 'fire' in it...battery fires are generally the only injuries that result from vaping. safety is a must, especially with mechanicals.

i have a provari and a nitecore. i owned a cheap chinese charger that broke on me. the nitecore is a champ. it cant be beat for its price (i paid $30 on ebay).

i think you should sell me your nitecore i2 bad mate loool you got too many!! lol :D

I own several mods that use either 18650 or 18350 batteries, so I have several of both sizes. Just two chargers, but another would be more efficient.

Need backups for the backups! :D

Besides, my daughter now owns the Nitcore i2 to charge her 14500's.
