Low resistance runs batteries out quicker? I read that the iClear 30's can be battery drainers, of which I have two and absolutely love. Though I haven't noticed them draining my bats any quicker than the Kanger Pro.

I agree with the quailty control Vapor Eyes. I bought 4 replacement heads for my Pro tank and when I had to switch because a juice I was using destroyed the wicks, it was supposed to be 2.2 but was 2.3. I have an iClear like that as well. Its not a huge difference but it is there.

Red_Bird is right about the LR ohms draining quicker. Also Dual Coil drains quicker.
I have 1.8 ohms- it measured on my multi tester at 2.2 ohms. Another 1.7 carto measure at 1.5. Another 2.4 ohms measures at 2.6 ohms. That why it's best to run the Vamo on Variable Wattage- let the device read and adjust for the ohms so you get the identical vape every time.
I used to work in construction and have some tools dating back from 1940- 1970- amazing quality and some would kill to own them.

Low resistance does not drain a battery quicker on a VV/VW device. Simplified version: Power (watts) used by the atomizer must equal power supplied by the battery.

Dual coils dont make any difference either. The total resistance is what matters. 1.5Ω is always 1.5Ω no matter if it is dual, triple, or octuple coil.
