I've been vaping for six weeks now and have not completely given up analogs. I have bought an 808 and a joyetech 510-t. I really like the 510-t but want more battery life. I thought about getting an ego but hate to put that money into it, if a Provari will help me quit analogs for good.

Would a Provari be a good fit for a newbie with very few vaping skills?

That's the way to go i smoked still at times with cheap ecigs now with my provaris have been verry happy and satisfied. Also get youself some cartos 2.0ohm or higher for complete voltage adjustability.I only use dualcoil cartos 2.0 &2.5ohm very happy don't even think about nasty cigs.Provari is a awsome mod built great well worth the money!

I find the plus of the provari is battery life, variable voltage, and it accepts a plethora of atty's, cartomizers, tanks, rebuildable atty's, UFS/AFS/ODDY (with the 510 connector) etc......
The minus is that it does not travel well...it's just to big to take out and vape while doing stuff outside the house. So I leave mine in the house.

Yes, you will save yourself a lot of money, probably more than the Provari will cost. You will be able to enjoy Variable Volt, or just vape at 3.7 until you get used to the Provari, not that there's anything to get used to. It's really very simple. It's just a big battery mod that will do lots more things than a non VV will do. Lots of juices taste differently at various voltages. You will probably find that some of the juices you bought and didn't like will now taste much better with VV.

Been vaping for 7 months now and started with a cig style and went to an inferno 1000mah bat and now when I get my tax returns next week I am going for the provari. wish i would have started with it from what everybody is saying about it. I DIY my liquid now and it will be nice to change the voltage to see if a flavor comes out better instead of not liking the mix and tossing it.

I started a little over 2 weeks ago and I went to straight to a ProVari with a Liquinator tank. I love it. It is very easy to use and I don't have to worry about it through my day. In a few days, you will be a pro. The only real learning experience I had was with the tank and cartos. Took me a few times to realize that occasionally you get a bad one and to always let it sit or prime the carto before use. Other than that, I fill the tank once a day and change the battery before I leave the house. That's about it. Hope that helps, from one noob to another. :)

Can't go wrong with a ProVari. Been said a number of times here already, but if the size doesn't bother you it will save you money in the long run. Pointless trying out anything that works worse right ?

If you don't like it then resell in the classifieds - they hold resale very well ... for a very good reason.

I didn't see your post!
