What was the turnaround time for the repair?

I had to send my Mini back because it Lost One Leg of the LED Display.

Not sure what they Feed the Elves in Santa's Workshop at Provape but they Turned it around in 2 Days.

The In Transit Time was Longer than the Repair Time.

YMMV

That's pretty amazing service.
I like to believe the higher initial cost of a Provari factors in future service costs to Provape. Like any business they need to control costs, and by charging a little more with the initial purchase, they can offer the fast turn around of repair services at no additional cost to the customer.

You won't get this kind of customer service with any other PV offering variable voltage. The rest are all made in China (to my knowledge). None provide any sort of repair service. If your China-made device stops working, it is ready for the trash bin.

And the Direct Opposite is True Also.

It's hard to sell a VVPV for 45 Bucks and Offer much more than a DOA Warrantee.
