Provari Mini FAIL - HELP!!!

Got my Provari mini today and am disappointed!
I charged batteries and got everything set up...
and I get an E1 error with every coil/tank set up I try!!!
I'm using the KangerPro tank.
I have tried looser, tighter, pulling coil pin slightly so it protrudes, lower/high volts.
I've tried with a wet wick and dry wick set up and NOTHING.
Checked AO reads LO - adjusted and still NOTHING.
What gives???
I know I'm a noob but I researched this extensively and thought I had all my bases covered.
Am I missing something???

Hi

The error codes you're seeing indicate a short has been detected, but since you said you have gotten the code when trying different devices, I would contact ProVape. In the meantime, you might want to start a thread in the ProVari sub-forum (It's APVs, specific models), so you will get advice from other ProVari owners.

ETA: I forgot that it can also mean the voltage is too high for the device. What is your voltage set at?

Thank you for the guidance! I have contacted them and I will definitely post in the APV sub-forum.

Just like crxess said things happen, I'm hoping it's just a fluke. CS was quick to respond (I accidentally double ordered - yikes!) and super friendly. Let's hope this continues to be the case with my battery issues.
Have not heard of that many Provari's coming DOA I hope that it is not a sign of things to come
