Hi guys!

I am a 4 month vapor, been lurking around this forum for quite some time now (and increasing my knowledge, thank you for that).
I hope the more experienced vapors out there could help with an issue i am having with my Provari mini white.
I am using this device for about 1 month and the external painting has black smudges and peel off in small dot-like shapes.
Am doing something incorrectly with this device?
Thank you in advance.

bored, so used Google translate for dsnrj....
1st post: my matte .. provari was due to handling and logo erased, it seems it was due to the juice.
I believe the new colored models do not cause this damage.
I am about to buy a black mini.
2nd post: In my case, it's hard, because I live in Brazil and would take a long time to send and then receive my provari
and I love my provari not like to be away from him too long.

Maybe i saved someone else the time :)

sorry, I will write in English
my english is not very good
but will do my best

it would be better as most everyone here speaks it. .

on top the matter at hand...juice can mess with paint, so if you got juice on it, there is a possibility that it caused this, however it should be under warranty, in which case I'd be sending the email off to provape asap.

The kerokote paint used on the new colored Provari's takes a few weeks to totally set, according to Provape. So the paint surface will be particularly vulnerable during this time period.

Regardless, it does appear to me that the painted finish on that Provari is not right. Contact Provape via email, including information on your purchase, and also include those pictures. Provape is known to have excellent customer service and fast turn around time with repairs...its part of the higher cost that you pay for initially for a Provari. Shipping around the world will undoubtedly take some time which is out of the control for Provape.

There's a thread on the Provape forums here of a do-it-yourself protective rubber sleeve that you can fashion from a dirt bike motorcycle handlebar grip. I made two for my Provari, one black and another one blue, as the grips are only $9.

Thanks for suggestion of protective rubber Baditude. I have found the thread during my search, but it is not for me.
As you guys suggested i emailed provape about the failure, and a response came back in 2h! I mean wow.
Sadly they dont know of any normal usage circumstances that would cause the paint peel off, so i have to send it back for inspection and tube change under warranty. Thanks guys again.

Provape so far has been pretty quick to respond and very quick in turnaround. I had one die and it was back repaired/replaced in 5 days including shipping. I did have to pay to ship it but that is pretty typical. I have been very impressed by them. I went with a metal finsh and put on my own cover using an old knot called a WHIPPING_MG_1251 copy.jpg It covers it and gives my clumsy hands a better grip. I like the look too. I call it my sonic vaporizer. LOL For Whovina's
