The IMR's are high drain batteries and are recomended by provape for use in the provari

You dont have to use these, but it get funky sometimes when you are stressing the unit at higher power output.

The batteries are pretty cheap so get a few and keep them in your bag

Also it is a matter of how much you vape and the device that you use on it, if you run low resistance on high voltage (and some people do), the batteries wont last very long, take into account that the electronics are converting that voltage that the battery gives into whatever you set it at, when you have high power output it drains the batter faster.

Yes I know about the debates. VW is not a big deal but a nice to have. I don't need to get into that right now.

I ordered the mini because of its smaller size. I also know that the Provari has lower vape times than other mods, and the Provari Mini is especially restrictive even with the 18490 batteries. With the 18350 batteries, up to 4 are required to see through the day.

Where are you getting this information? I have a mini and I chain vape. I go out with a fully charged battery and I carry one with me. I've never had a problem yet. :)

Yes very true. Definitely need a couple of spares with the Mini.

I never stated it was a major problem. I only mentioned lower vape times on the Mini which are far less than the vape times you get on eVic Mini and other Chinese mods mainly due to the lower capacity of the IW IMR battery. This is well documented on many review sites.

Don't go far. To avoid spam posts by advertisers, ECF has a minimum 5 post rule before new members are allowed to post in the sub-forums.

So, just introduce yourself, give the obligatory thanks to the welcomes that you will receive, and then after your first 5 posts (and the system resets - about each hour), you will be able to post everywhere here.

By the way, welcome to the ECF forums. You are going to love your Provari.

Hi Baditude,

Yes I have well over 5 posts now and have been patient but alas still no access to the sub forums.

Doesn't worry me, other than wasting my time for no reason. There are many other forums to go to for hardware help.

Sorry to hear you are still restricted, it seems the system should be working by this time. If you continue to have this issue, PM one of the forum moderators for assistance if you see one of their posts, or contact here explaining your problem:
