I don't think you can reach them by phone. Email is a better and fast solution, too.

I could've sworn they had an 800 number posted, but I just double checked. You are correct good sir.

Either way it's still a lot better than just posting a negative review that they probably won't ever see, nor will it help in getting the problem corrected.

Not fireing, screen display etc.
No phone number
Sent email but today is Sat so don't expect anything before Mon.
Initial response was fast, Just the fact it was sent back in the same condition as it was sent with no explanation as to why it wasn't repaired, Not charged anything either makes me scratch my head.
Sorry just venting.

Try stretching the spring out longer in the battery cap. If a battery was in the Provari during shipping, its possible it somehow got compressed too much. It sounds like there's no battery connectivity, so that would be my first trouble shooting attempt.

Also insure that the threads of the end cap are shiney bare metal. Bare metal can accumulate oxidation buildup and affect battery conduction. If dark or dirty, the threads will have to be cleaned with an old toothbrush and some Noaloxx. (If this were the case, I'd have thought Provape technicians would do this automatically.)

Clean the positive battery contact inside the Provari with some isopropal alcohol or with the eraser end of a pencil.
