I'm finally getting a VV mod... I really like the Vamo cuz I've tried one... I've also heard nothing but good things about provari and I'm considering their mini... The most important thing 2 me is dependability... Has anyone had issues with their vamos or provaris... I have the money but if the vamos just as reliable why spend the extra $$$... Please help and thanks for the advice

Provari for the long haul. All repairs are dirt cheap, year warranty included, I don't know if I've even read more than one or two people ever having an issue. The ones I've read about were a sticking button, one persons loosened after a day of use and the others was taken care of by provape with juice sent for the inconvenience.

If you're looking for dependability go with the ProVari. Mine have never let me down. The vamo I had I tossed in the bin after 2 months. Nothing but frustration. Maybe I had a dud, I don't know, but I've never heard of a dud ProVari and if it did exist ProVape would make it good.

BTW, there is a blemished black mini on the clearance page at ProVape right now. The reduced price might help you with your decision.

THERE IS NO CHOICE.

If you are considering it that seriously then get the Provari AND the Vamo; just think of your Vamo as the cheap chinese backup plan that also has VW and eGo threads ------------- you might also want to wait and see if provape puts out a new version that has VW and eGo threads.

If your vamo dies on you, you're not going to fix it, you're going to just get another something; if the provari fails you send it to provape and get it fixed.

The vamos also seem to come in different flavors from different manufacturers.

The only issue i have with my vamo is it has two buttons that adjust the power or voltage up or down, and its very easy to change the power setting accidentally; turns out to be no biggie because its easy knowing this to just push one of the other to quickcheck and adjust; but it worried me at first; pushing them doesn't activate the coil it only changes the setting so safe enough to push.

the provari is a better mod if you have the money. However, if I was going to spend that much on a regulated mod, I'd spend a touch more and get a DNA20/30. I had provari and it didn't quite do it for me.
If you want to go the vamo route, again I'd suggest you spend a bit more and get a zmax. Much better build quality.

i like my vamo, i havent tried to provari...But from what ive herd/read/seen, i dont like it as much as the vamo, it puts out about the same power, their both vv/vw, it seems like they would work the same, but i would go with the vamo v5, its super durable, ive dropped mine from high up and it diddent even leave a dud at all.

First off don't knock around something u haven't tried. Second off the vamo is vv/vw but the provari is only vv.
