Ray, from a Joye 510 to an Ego to ordering a Provari after 19 days of vaping? That’s a quick jump to the heavier stuff and The Provari is a very good choice in this range. The world of happy vaping is on it’s way for you.
The best for liquid feeding? Depends what’s important for you. For me throat hit is important, so I vape the Provari on 5.7 V with a 3 ohm 510 atomizer/cartomizer. With this voltage I have bad experiences with the CE2 cartomizers. They don’t wick fast enough for me and get bad taste with them. I drip or use the Vapemate. The (satin) silver Vapemate matches the satin silver Provari very well. For my work I am a lot of the time travelling/on the road. Than I use the Vapemate with a cartomizer; an atomizer is to much hassle when travelling. For rewetting the cartomizer I once and a while tilt the Provari and sqeeuze the vapemate a few times, in this way the drops fall on the side and not in the middle of the cartomizer, so no flooding. After that I can vape on for half an hour with no hassle and than repeat the procedure. It’s easy when driving/travelling. If it’s necessary not to show the Vapemate, I just can remove the Vapemate, but most of the time I only remove the bottle and push a small peace of paper tissue in the bottle opening of the Vapemate. For me this set-up looks also better in public than a MAP-tank or a clearomizer. When in public I screw the bottle only on the Vapemate when I need to wet the cartomizer and afterwards screw the bottle off again and put the paper tissue back in the opening.
