I did contact customer service and they replied FAST! Provape is the best!
I am posting the reply in case someone else may need this. I've followed the instructions and, so far, I am not having the problem any more.
" I would like to share some basic troubleshooting tips with you to see if they may help.
1. Remove the Pass-Thru power pack from your ProVari.
2. While the Pass-Thru is plugged into a known good power plug (Car cigarette adapter with the car on, or the wall plug going into a known good power plug on the wall) check to see if the red LED light inside the frosted tube that surrounds the Pass-Thru blinks once when plugged in and once when unplugged. This indicates the Pass-Thru is getting power. If the light is on continuously, there is an issue with the power.
3. Check that the top pin on the Pass-Thru is extended and not compressed all the way or stuck. We want to ensure that it's able to mate with the metal contact inside the ProVari.
4. Clean the contact pin inside you're ProVari. Its possible that if the ProVari contact pin is dirty in the spot where the Pass-Thru pin connects, it won't make a good connection. This contact pin inside the ProVari should be cleaned once a week and should be shiny silver when clean. Using some isopropyl and a long Q-tip, rub the contact pin inside the ProVari for 10-20 seconds to make sure you get it clean. Then try using the Pass-Thru again. Here's our video tutorial on how to clean the ProVari's contacts:

5. If you are using the Car adapter and the cigarette lighter plug works with other devices, make sure the fuse in the tip of the Pass-Thru 12V plug is good. Unscrew the tip of the plug and check that the fuse is working. If the fuse is good, you will also get a red LED light that glows on the plug and the Pass-Thru itself will have a red LED light inside the frosted tube that lights up indicating the Pass-Thru power pack is functioning okay and getting power.
If none of these help, then we can arrange for return to take a look at it, but we test each Pass-Thru several times throughout production to ensure its working properly, so often times its a simple connection issue or dirty contact pin that can be fixed at home to resolve the issue.
Best Regards,"
