Provari Plating

Was going to buy a Provari in gold. Then i decided i wanted to be different, so i set out for a Provari Mini.
Now i am debating because i wanted it gold at first but when talking to the Platers they can plate it in Gold, Copper, Brass, Nickel, Chrome, Silver. I was thinking Copper might look awesome! Also it is less costly. What do you guys think? What should i plate it? btw i will be posting pictures when i finish the process!

I'd just buy the cheapest one. It's not like you look at it constantly and admire it. And others probably won't be impressed.

But people around here seem to place a lot of value in buying PVs that look good, so go with whatever makes you happy.

Just IMHO: Provari itself looks like contemporary enough device, so copper plating is a little heterogenous. Gold should be nice, if you like different plating. But I personally like the original plating of Provaries.

Plating wears off over time, or the coating will wear and flake over time

Copper gets nasty real quick. I had a copper Infinity...Looked awesome freshly polished,but within a few days it looked like crap.
