If the OP bought the carto at a vape shop, could it be a DCT? Doesn't make a difference except I have never had good luck with those.

In general, thicker juice does not wick as well. And darker, sweet juice tend to make your carto not last as long as the coil gets gunked up.

I've not had great luck with dual coil cartos either. They always end up tasting burnt after a day or two. Probably inadequate wicking leading to the top coil burning the upper wick material in the carto.

Since your cartos are not coming in a labeled box, i suspect they are not a good brand. I have never seen or needed a three or four hole punched carto.

Oh yes serenity, most vape shops around me only sell dual coil cartos! Which for me, burn too easily! So good point

Sounds like the group has the problem solved. The vape shop should have provided some instructions the 2nd time at least.
