Dear proVape :)

First of all thank you for improving my life quality by a significant percentage point.

Few days ago I killed my proVari mini with a faulty battery (MY MISTAKE!!). I had the battery in my pocket together with my key's (in a northFace jacket right beside my hart, so insane) All of the sudden I felt the heat (the key's must have shorten it) I took out the battery and noticed that it was HOT!! Even so I did not pay so much attention to it, I've tried to run my vari with it, the display fluctuated a bit and then vari went dead :(,,, DAM :(.. so stupid :(..

I still got my V1 and some 1.8ohm IKV's, so I'm alright :), however I got some questions:

1. Is proVari superMini (IMR 14500) due to come in production any soon?? (If yes, then I'll wait for it!)

2. Can I get my proVari mini repaired and my proVari V1 upgraded to V2 somewhere in Europe??
-->>if not: would I have to pay custom tolls again once they arrive?

Thank you very much your time and effort is much appreciated :)

Provari Supermini....where did you hear about that? Run times would suck with an AW 14500 IMR 600mah ... I don't see why Provape would even consider that small a battery for a VV mod.....

Hmm.. :?:

I didn't hear it anywhere, I just assumed that it would be the next step, & I already own both the mini and the regular, so I was planing to buy superMini as soon as it arrives..

...600mAh would be fine, I've been running on 700mAh 18350's for more then 1&half year, both on variMini and on orion, I've never needed more then two a day..

--------------------------------

..and why wouldn't they consider it, pep's would buy them, & it ain't that mini for the girls/ladies,,, at 14500 even my mama might consider it, & she high-end classy lady..

--------------------------------

..but now when I think about it, I highly doubt that 14500 would actually be any smaller in volume, perhaps just thinner,, although it would most certainly look smaller from the outside perspective,,

However if you guys are planing on making one, then sign me up :)

A 14500 IMR battery just doesn't have the power or capacity to work well for a regulated mod. This has already been proven time and again with other 14500 mods in the past. They get poor reviews. And often it's not because the fault of the mod, but the battery is insufficient. This is the reason you see so few 14500 regulated mods on the market...they suck because of the battery.

Provape is a smart company. They know better than to put out an inferior product despite what a minority of customers might want. They're not about to damage their well-earned reputation on a product that can not be engineered to be a worthwhile investment.

Hi Killovicz, I wanted to respond to your 2nd question as well. lol :) Unfortunately, all repairs and upgrades would need to come to ProVape for warranty work, although when we reship to you, we list it as zero value and as "gift" so there should be no taxes or duties owed upon return :)
