ProVari V2 black 'finish'?

Saw a vid on youtube earlier with a guy showing off his black unit, (not sure which version it was) but the finish was not smooth (or at least didn't come out that way in the vid), it looked like it had some major rough texture going on with it.

Was curious what the latest version/black texture is? I assumed it was smooth but I don't want to assume. From the other pics I've seen it looks smooth but I just want to be safe than sorry. This is a big purchase, I dont' want to mess it up.

Gold Mini?? Thats what I want............ The Black Satin is a great finish. Very durable and shows no prints, I love it.........

There is no more black chrome . Imo it was one of the nicest finishes but the finish wore off after a while.

How can you tell if your Provari is V2? Purchased black Chrome first run when blue LED came out.

If you can adjust the voltage down to 2.9 volts it is a V2.

It's most likely a V1, thats when I got my black chrome/blue. I also have a satin black V2 and really i don't need the extra range of the V2. My dripping atty's range from 1.8-3.5Ω and work as 'hot' as I want to run them on either version.

Thanks, i was just curious. I run 3.0Ω carts at 4 volt and have had no problems and really happy with the performance.

nope the amp limit was upgraded to 3.5amp but that you cant see without using it.

Same here, 3 ohms @ 4 volts seems perfect for all of my all-day-vapes. Loving it! (Just got mine today, can you tell? )

To the best of my knowledge there is no Provari Faerie.

I believe there are some in the Castro district in San Francisco. Probably quite a trek from Aberystwyth to there though.
