With certain juices on a DCC, yes.

Hol-ee crap! I could not even fathom what that would be like. Folks vaping 2.0 ohm cartos on a 3.7 device are getting about 6.8 watts. For me, 8 watts is a great vape. Once my VV gets here, I may try 9 or 10, but 15 is just waaaay too far out for me.

Thanks very much for posting this, I appreciate your video. It's nice to know the top speed of the various mods. I'm happy to vape within highway limits, while knowing that some extra power is there if I ever need to pass.

I'd like to see a vid with a comparison between both devices at the same voltage under load, comparing battery life and vape experience, etc.

You can't compare a single coil to a dual coil. Unless I'm missing something 15 watts on a DCC is 7.5 watts per coil (I assume they burn equally) so it stands to reason that it would take 15 watts to fire both coils correctly. I could be way off base, but that's what my logic is telling me.

I guess. Never been a fan of the dual coils. I'll take one coil running at 8-9 watts over two at 15. Different vapes for different folks.

Great info in your vid. Thanks once again.

Good comparison. The dual coil cartos have a strong following. I've read a few people who like them at 4.2v and a few who like them at 4.6v --- and a whole bunch of people like me who think they really start kicking in around 4.8 to 5.2v. I almost exclusively run mine in two different configurations. 1) is on my Triple-V 5.0v regulated and 2) On just about any of my "18650" tube mods with a 4.8v ni-mh batt installed.

I got a day with a friends provari a few weeks ago, I was pretty impressed with the looks, the heft, and the operation of the device, I have to admit it was nice having some multimeter functions built in to check the ohms on the atty or carto I was using. It delivered the same hit over and over very consistently.

I had some family up from Arizona two months ago and one of my wife's aunts had a buzz pro. I got to mess around with it for a few hours and I very much appreciated the somewhat lighter weight and the simplicity of the control. It also delivered a very consistent hit vape after vape after vape.

Both units are fine devices.

If you would have asked me if I was planning to buy one or the other after having tested them out, I might have said yes. I think I had it in mind to get one of each once I knew the Provari V2 was less limited in regards to dual coils than the original provari was.

My plans have changed a bit. The VVPV is out - the VV REOs will be here soon - and the Kick is out. I don't know if I can say I removed both the provari and the buzz pro from my wish list, but they've fallen toward the bottom of the list for now anyway.

be careful running at 15W, you might have a real shoot out one day. Drawing too much current IMHO.....
Also how does paper and filler taste at 15W, much be really yummy

With the coffee flavor I had, it wasn't bad... also remember that that it's 15w divided by 2 3Ω coils at 7.5w each... it's good
