So I'm using the rba off my nemesis on my provari and I kept getting the E1 message even when I turn the voltage down to the lowest settings.

But i was messing with the coils and when I disconnect one coil it works fine, so I can get one coil to fire up to 3.6 but as soon as I connect the second coil it goes all E1 E2 etc..

Anybody know how to fix this so both coils fire? I have to redrip like every 3 rips...

Which Provari are you using? Version 2.5, P3, Radius, or Procyon?

What is the overall resistance of your RBA coils?

The 2.5 Provari's wont fire much below 1.2 ohm single coils. I suggest using a single 1.5 ohm coil as your lowest resistance. If you want to use dual coils, the overall resistance should be at least 2.0 ohm (two 4.0 ohm coils).

Provari's are great, reliable, and durable mods. I have two 2.5's and a P3. However, they are rather weak in the power output area. The 2.5 Provari's probably only put out about 10 watts of power.

Yeah, its a 2.5 mini. I'm sure the Provari is fine. I seriously doubt the Provari is overpowering your atty, though. Your coil resistance is likely too low for the Provari's processor. That's why you are getting the E-1 error.

No recommendations for a RBA, just build to a higher resistance. The Provari is not designed for sub-0hm use.

The Provari v2.5 won't fire an atomizer if the resistance is below 1.0ohms. It also has a 3.5 amp limit and a 14.5 watt limit.

You need to tell us the resistance of your coils in order for us to provide you with informative answers. However, my guess is that you get error messages when you try to exceed 3.6v on your single coil because it's exceeding 14.5 watts (I bet that your coil resistance exceeds 1.0ohm, but not by much). My guess is that when you connect your second coil that your total resistance is dropping below 1.0ohms.
