I wouldn't buy it from anyone but ProVape themselves. That kit shows batteries (Ultrafire) ProVape states can cause issues. Maybe they work, maybe they don't. Why mess with it? Support the maker of the product and use the power source they recommend. Everything in that kit (minus the trustfires. ProVape will sell you the AW high drain they stand behind) can be had for the same price directly from ProVape E-Cigarettes: Buy Electronic Cigarettes & Smokeless Cigs. If you have a warranty issue you'll be going there. Why not just buy it from the source to begin with and cut out the middle man. The profit on site X is likely gained via the batteries and charger. Don't buy the Ferrari and skimp on the gas.

Vapour Spolutions is also in Canada. If you're in the US I'd avoid the chance of customs taking your order. Also, they don't accept credit cards at all. Policies, Terms and Conditions - Vapour Solutions. May be a fine company, but the lack of CC support is a red flag for sure.
