After much research, I am going with the Provari over the Semovar.

For me, the Semovar wins on looks as far as matching with the kayfun and Russian, and possibly on some features, but Provari is getting my order due to the proven quality and customer service record, which is most important.

I am on Vaperevs notification list for when the kayfun cone becomes available and am wondering how bad the gap is without the cone?

I use Kayfuns and Russian 91 exclusively when not using my sigelei mech for dripping at home if that means anything

Wasn't aware VapeRev was selling a clone. Not sure with the pending legislation when/if they're going to be getting more of the real ones, they haven't been in stock in a couple months now. As far as a 'gap', there isn't one. If you're talking about the difference in diameter, the top of the Provari is ~19mm.

The KFL Provari beauty cone really does tidy up the look making it seamless. My Son is stationed in England and I had him send me one from cloud9 in the UK. There are other vendors in Europe that keep them in stock. You could try intaste.de in Germany, there are others that allude me at the moment... I purchased my KFL+ from intaste. If memory serves, I got it in 3-4 days. :D

Actually here is the intaste page: Provari Cone fr Kayfun V3.1 Edelstahl - InTaste

that "kayfun cone" is a nice-to-have in general, actually.
I use it with several of my carto-tanks, and it's a really slick look, I think. It tapers from the ProVari 23mm to the tank 22 mm.
You can see that pretty well here...

here in Canada I got faster shipping from UK and Poland than the US I ordered on the 26th and it will be here tomorrow Us shipping all ways takes at least 7 to 10 business days to get to Canada :)

It's not just Canada. The KFL I bought from California took 10 days to get here, the one I bought from Germany was cheaper & was at my door in 3, even though it was 6x the miles & had to clear customs on the other side of the country.

Nice edit.

The cone is just a slightly tapered beauty ring. Guess I'm not sure what you're asking. There is no gap with or without one.

Autocorrect put clone instead of cone, please forgive me.

I am asking if the gap is noticeable without the cone on a Provari with a Kayfun on top?

I am having trouble finding a cone in stock?

On my KFL+/Provari combo it is about the width of a reg. Bounty paper towel or about 2mm as was mentioned earlier, not totally noticeable but it is there... The ring/cone is a good investment if you are .... retentive about certain things (little gaps) as I am.

Neither of mine has a gap at all. Instead of the KF cone, I just use a Loki ring for mine. With the ring on there, it's so tight that I can't spin the ring at all, unlike the IBT's which the rings hide the gap but still allow lateral play in the ring.
