Which mod is best and where to buy

As others have said, the ProVari is a PV, Mod, etc...the battery portion of the electronic cigarette.

The Kayfun is a rebuildable tank atomizer...the atomizer part of the electronic cigarette.

You could use the two things together, like using your Kayfun on your Provari, but neither does anything without the other. You need both the battery and atomizer parts to have a working electronic cigarette.

Just FYI, since you seem new, this setup will cost you probably $400+ American Dollars. You might want to consider something cheaper and less complex if you're just starting out. Something like an iStick, MVP, etc.. with a Nautilus/Aerotank maybe. The Kayfun also requires you hand make your own heating coils, which is a more advanced type of atomizer.

The ProVape Provari P3 is a battery operated electronic device that provides power to vaporize e-liquid (juice). The P3 and some similar devices allow you to adjust the the temperature of the vapor that juice produces.

The Kayfuns are rebuildable tanks manufactured by SvoëMesto that hold e-liquid. One screws the Kayfun or some other type of juice delivery device on top of the Provari P3 or similar type of battery operated device. However, the Kayfun is rarely a good choice for a beginning vaper as you must build a heating coil to install in the Kayfun to make it work.

The P3 and authentic Kayfuns are usually more expensive than new vapers wish to invest in gear when starting out and very, very few new vapers feel up to the task of building their own coils right away. It is a better idea to start out with a juice delivery device that uses manufactured coils while learning to build one's own coils if one even chooses to go that route. Many happy, satisfied vapers never do.

The Eleaf iStick 30W - Kit and a Aspire Nautilus Mini - 2ml is one of the setups that is often recommended for beginning vapers. People can make other suggestions if you tell us a bit more about your budget for gear is and if you have any specific requirements.
