Hi ECFers,

Not sure if this is the right sub forum but pls move this if its wrong.

Have started building my own mods recently and after my first unregulated mosfet dual 18650 box, I wanted to try the puck.

The concept of using AA NiMH batteries just really appealed to me. Convenience and safety.

So anyway long story short, I felt 4AA was a little underwhelming so I made a few alterations from the puck's original recipe.

Placed in 6AA batteries, added a master on/off inside the case, used a rocker fire switch instead (a big one), magnets on the case, led on the top and placed a mod maker board so I could monitor battery life and volts/watts/ohms.

I'm really liking this build.
