Has anyone ever just puffed on the same cart until it was empty? If so, realistically, just how many smokes is a cart equal to in your opinion? Assuming you are filling your own premium cart with 25 or so drops.
I personally switch flavors through out the day, so I'm unable to get much of an idea.....I know I'm vaping much more than I ever smoked, that's for sure!

There is a part of the problem. The original question has no real answer because everyone uses their E-Cig differently.

With that said, if you take care of a carto and don't over heat it or over use it, (use it more like you were actually using a cigarette), you could be expected to have a filled carto last for 20-30 cigarettes, more or less. But that's a very rough average and under specific conditions.

Lets see. If I vape only 36mg I actually vape around 2.8mL/day in WOWcarts. This is the actual amount I vape, this doesn't include excess juice that I discard since I will never vape a cart totally dry. My total juice usage is about 3.8mL/day. If I'm starting from brand new blanks the total juice usage is 4.3mL/day.

This is about 3 WOWcarts for me; I fit more than 1mL in a cart. Now, before I quit cigarettes I was only smoking about 1.5-2pks/day. This was conservative smoking for me since when price wasn't a factor I easily would smoke 2.5-3pks/day. Since I vape pretty much whenever I wish the pattern would probably be more accurate to about 3pks/day.

I did an oberservation a bit back...my son and fiance smoke, I vape.. They both smoked their cigarette like normal while I counted how many times they took a drag before done smoking cig. One 9 times and the other 11, same results next time around (both inhale differently)... So I counted 10 vapes as a cig and got 10 vaping session out of a cart (premium carto back than) before I quit using it BUT, really for me 8 vape session should of been the max cause after that the flavor changed and you could start tasting a slight burning taste.. So personally I think no matter how one takes a drag when vaping, one cart equalling one pack of cigs is unrealistic! One carto is closer to being, on an average, a half a pack at most.. This is however IMO :) and other poster is right, there are too many variables to really get an answer based on facts... Either way, I think 10 puffs is a pretty good number to use to figure out if you are really vaping more than you smoked or not :)

i definitely agree with that assessment wholeheartedly. one cart is half a pack if ten puffs is a cig, which i think is about right too. :)

I'm seriously having a hard time telling when a cart is all used up. Drives me nuts wish they had an led or something to tell me. Now I'm getting scared I might run out before my next order ships if they only last half a pack cuz I've been using one cart per day basically, usually taking like 5 or 6 puffs every house seeing when I would smoke a cig the max I would get out of one was like 8 puffs. If its still snap crackle and poping does that mean its still got life? Cuz I puffed on like crazy the first night is still doing that.

3.7v (using V4L batteries and a Mod).

But I think the battery is irrelevant. On average, 1 carto lasts half a day (or about 12 ciggies worth).

Really? Only half a day with a dead battery? By what process?

5v lasts the same as 4.2 (a fully charged battery) or 3.1v? (a dead-ish battery?)

No - sorry - you're mistaken.

And no - you're inventing an "average" that hasn't been established by any reasonably scientific method.
