I just got some blank Cool Carts for the first time. I watched the basic video on how to refill carts. So I removed the mouthpiece cap and then poked around inside to remove the inner plastic ring that sits over the white filler material. I ended up pulling out the filler material because there is no inner plastic ring to remove. So it ruined the cart, I just threw away the cart.

So I'm guessing you just drip the juice into the Blank Cool Carts the same way you do for a pre-filled empty cart, except there's no inner plastic ring to remove.

Is there any other difference in Filling a Cool Cart? Amount of juice to fill - 15 drops, 20 drops, etc...?

Why don't cool carts have an inner plastic ring like pre-filled carts?
Do Blank Wow-Premium carts also have no inner plastic ring?

As far as I know, none of the new carts have the inner plastic ring. I have cool carts, premiums, and wow carts and none of them have this. The only ones that I have that do have the inner ring are older ones that I have received from PIF or have purchased in the cheap cartos section of the site. I'm pretty sure the ring was something that was done by a previous manufacturer. Filling is the same but the cool carts are known to hold a little more liquid than the rest of the carts.

Hope I helped :)

The new CC are great, the single ribbed caps are so much easier to deal with. As long as the labels don't run high on the carto, they can be popped off with a fingernail.

Being that they are only 1/16th of inch longer, you can put little more juice into them. I haven't used a premium carto in so long I can't remember the droplet count.

I don't use the condom method or spin anymore, I take a condom place it 1/3 of the way on the batt end and spin the carto while sqeezing (victory lap) the bottle. Give the condom a sqeeze or two to get out any air bubble, while it suck excess juice out the batt end. Seems like 4-5 victory laps gets the job done, excess juice in the condom goes into the next carto or back into the bottle. If you squeeze the condom and can hear juice make noises, but nothing comes out the batt end, you're good!

I also top-off every couple of hours with 2 victory laps.

I find that the fingernail can be used even with the label slightly blocking access to the cap. I do this daily and have never had issues with pulling off the cap!
