Congrats mommabird62 I believe we spoke on the phone today :)

We did and thank you so much for your help :) The main reason that I went with the Reo as a mechanical is the great things that I hear about the reliability and quality of the mods and of course the customer service.

Hated to ask so many questions but I am a newb when it comes to rba's and mechanical vaping. A girl has to have one in her collection, right?! ;)

mamabird, your going to love going mechanical. I am provarinati as well and my 'vari's will always be sentimentally valuable to me because they made it so easy for me to stay quit from cigs. The cool thing about going mechanical is that you can tailor your vape to your personal taste and experiment with all different sorts of ohm levels without the restriction of variable voltage. Mechanical has opened up my vape universe and made it not so small. It's still all new to me but I see what I was missing and am so looking forward to diving in headfirst.

Ditto Pennysmalls. I even saw PB's introduction of the P3 and didn't even know if I was going to watch the whole 18 minutes. (I know, that's what I said, "Phil having just an 18 minute video!") I did but it didn't do much for me.

So let's see, I have given up booze, cigarettes, ice cream and some other stuff that shouldn't be talked about here on ECF and I no longer want another Provari. I guess I only have one addiction left and I think you know of what I speak. That's right ladies and gentlemen, I am a REO addict and I am loving it!

Alamedean, I didn't watch the whole vid either. The P3 looks nice, but I'm good with two I already have. Funny cause 6 months ago I would have been going nuts wanting to try one. I am curious though to see what the Provarinati verdict over in the provape subforum will be on the P3. I like my my 'vari's but my vape budget will be geared toward atties and gear and doors and getting creative with my REO's.

The camera doesn't come close to capturing how beautiful and sparkly it is. And's it's smaller that I pictured which is good :)

Ooooweeeee! Paydirt!!! My first coil :) Came in at 2.0 was shooting for 1.8 and had that at first but after I fired it and fiddled with it, it went up. The ohm reader acted crazy after I heated and compressed the coil and placed it back on the ohm reader. Weird. Put it on a Hana and it read 2.0. Coil ain't pretty but it works and I loooove this thing!

Thanks Rob redeyedancer for fixing me up! I love it! Now it needs a name:)

You might want to check your post screws and make sure they are tight. Sometimes after working the coil and compressing it the screws will come loose... That might be why your readings were funky...

Thanks muzichead-I will check that :)

Edit-sure enough, one of them was a little loose.
