Pumpkin spice

I have asked at my local B&M if they had a pumpkin spice flavor.
They said they have tried a few times to make one and each time they tried it tasted horrible.

I'm wondering if anyone here can come up with a recipe that is good.

The spice isn't the problem... It's the pumpkin.... It's a delicate flavor and spice overpowers is very easily... I worked on that one a few years back but gave up.

Thank you for the response, if I were to attempt it what % would you recommend on the spice?

1% or lower to start.... it's potent stuff.

Ok, I would either put that flavor in with a needle or a pipette . If I can get that flavor right then I would need to know what percentage to add the pumpkin flavoring.

Yeah, You can do them both I'd go pumpkin @5% and work up depending on what brand of flavoring... But I really doubt you need more than 1-1.5% spice.

I was thinking more along the lines of .5% with the spice and working up from there.
