is the easiest way to punch a carto. It's called a saddle valve and can be purchased for about $7-ish from any home improvement store.

You'll probably have to play with the size of the hole by the depth of the hole you punch. The further you twist the handle after it punctures the case, the bigger hole it makes. This can also vary per juice, as some juices are thinner than others and wouldn't need as big of a hole to wick properly, and could possibly leak with too large of a hole.

Seriously Dave.. Find yourself a carto tank. This is the cheapest I know of.. Baby Notta - $12.99 : Stormys Vapor Cellar, Electronic Cigarettes & More I have never ordered from this company though. Many other places sell what is called a J-Tank. I got mine from electronicstix. That tank in combination with a 'punched carto' will make your vaping life much easier.

One tank, one pre-punched carto, and one drip-tip = 11.99
Dual Coil 510 Tank Cartomizer
Out of stock, though :(

Yeah, I used to use a dremmel to cut the holes in my cartos. Then tried the sharp screw and hammer method to punch instead of cut. Not really sure which I prefer, though. I'll probably end up buying a saddle valve if I get around to getting a decent tank.
(come on MV, get stocked up!)
