Pungent Tobacco Liquid ?

Does any one know the ingredient that makes tobacco liquid pungent? I want to DIY my own tobacco juice but do not want that pungent ashtray taste/smell. Whatever it is I want to avoid it. Please help!

Seems pretty universal to tobacco flavored juices. That's why I switched to tobacco inspired flavors instead. I'm vaping RY4 at the moment. Good luck with this DIY project, I hope you figure something out.

Interesting that you mention that. I've been cooking my own "tobacco" (do notice the brackets) liquids with several different flavours and I haven't found that "ashtray" taste yet. I'm talking about Flavourart, about TPA's flavours (the M-Type has nothing to do with it and I feel like Tobacco Absolute really adds nothing special, and these two actually come from tobacco), about Paradise Vape, about MistEliquid that sells flavours from an American maker whose name I forget right now... So, my questions happens to be: not that I want that "asthray" feel all of the time, but how do I get it?

Could it be Vape Wizzard that causes that? I got a bottle to add to some of my creations and it was that pungent smell I can't stand in other tobacco flavors.

It's not really about the smell, more about the taste.

For a firm tobacco, I use 12% seedman commercial concentrate, with 4 drops of tpa tobacco absolute diluted (the stuff cut with pga) per 10ml of final mix. I call this tob4, it has a strong cig-like taste.

For a smoother flavor, cut the ta to 2 drops per 10 ml, and add 3% hazelnut (capellas works well).

Sorry it did give that pungent taste too. Really nothing good, to me at least.
