Hey All: I would like to know other Opinions and Experiences? I purchased from a Popular Local Smoke shop that carries some vaping supplies. I ran out of some standard Carts and was in the need of another Battery. This was before I received my ejuice order. The manager was very helpful though language was a bit of a problem but we worked through it. I purchased some NLA ‘Never Light Again’ & GSL ‘Green Smart Living’ Carts and an NLA Battery $49 dollars worth. The manager looked at the battery I already owned and said no problem they all will work, and then I was on my way.

The GSL were Menthol I had not used Menthol before so I thought I would try them. The menthol was great I never thought I would like the menthol but I like it more the regular Tobacco I have used. Later in the evening I changed over to the NLA Regular Tobacco, immediately I had a problem the battery flashed funny then went out? I took the Menthol I was Vaping before put it on the battery Nothing!? I put the GSL menthol on the other battery it worked fine so I put the NLA regular tobacco on it and immediately it had a problem!?? So I put both batteries on chargers and nothing they would not light up? I put all the NLA carts and now my two non working batteries aside. I continued Vaping the GSL menthol’s on my last battery.

The next day I went back to the store with receipts in hand explained my problems the manager listened but would not back what he just sold me the night before?? I exchanged words with this guy tried to explain that he would be losing a customer who would more then likely spend a lot of money at his establishment over the years but NO! This guy had no concept of that! He said I would have to go directly to the Manufactures to deal with it. Wow I was totally astonished at his view of business! Oh well he lost what would have been a very good customer plus I let everyone I know about my experience there!

I contacted the Manufactures and Wow they have gone out of their way to accommodate me! I received replacements for everything plus some extra goodies I guess to keep me in the fold! No one was clear as to what happened but thought the NLA Cart may have shorted out the batteries. This particular store is well known in my area everyone calls the owner by name he sells mainly analog cigs and lottery tickets with a huge part of his store focused on ......... 'grass' pipes, bongs and paraphernalia. I have some names to call him but nothing flattering! Has anyone experienced anything like I have? How did your experiences end up? Any suggestions on how to handle something like this? Is there some where to list these offending Stores to warn others?

Thank you

That's about what I would expect at a convenience store/head shop !

I would stick to someone specializing in Vapping Gear and ejuice.

Exactly ^^^^

Don't forget use the power of word of mouth - tell everyone you know about his attitude toward customers. B&Ms come-and-go... gotta treat the customers well or close up shop.
