Pure smoke

Just one question. I got a bottle of pure smoke tonic given to me its the berrocida. It only says 1% on the bottle. If thats the strength is it a low nic or medium or high Im use to the bottles from v4l that say how many mg per ml not a percentage

1% = 10mg/mL nicotine. PS only sells 0.8, 1.6, 2.4, and 3.2 as well as 0. I suspect you have 1.6%, ie 16mg/mL.
